MEET SABBIR KHAN
Meet Sabbir Khan, a software engineer from Canada, who began his real estate journey in 2016 with a single goal: to build wealth through smart property investments. Over the years, he grew his own Canadian portfolio transactions to more than CAD 5 million and helped other investors build portfolios worth over CAD 50 million.
In 2022, Sabbir entered the Dubai real estate market, drawn by its booming property sector, investor-friendly policies, and high returns. In just two years, he built a personal portfolio transaction worth over AED 2 million.
But along the way, he noticed something missing: like true guiding, after deal care, help during construction and handover, resale guide and reinvest guidelines and many more for investors. Sabbir believed things could be better. To bring his vision to life, he transitioned from being just an investor to becoming an advisor and partner to other investors.

Today, Sabbir combines his technical expertise, global investment experience, and investor-first approach to help clients discover the best properties in Dubai, whether they’re buying their first home, expanding their portfolio, or seeking high-ROI or ROE opportunities.
